World Importers Net is a trade promotion website under MOFCOM Public Information Service (MPIS), aiming at promoting international trade by providing both Chinese and overseas companies with trade information. It is an important part of China national public information service system for international trade and economic cooperation. Funded by the Chinese government, all services provided by WIN are free of charge.

Chinese Importers Databank
Chinese Importers Databank contains over 20000 active Chinese importers information.
The data includes company name, address, telephone number, fax number, executive and contact person, imported products, importing countries or regions, website, email, number of employees, established year, etc. The information can be sorted by imported product names, HS Code or the province where the company is located. All WIN members are provided with 150 Chinese importers information per month free of charge.
China Commodities Databank
The databank contains 600,000 Chinese companies and 2,200,000 products information with 700,000 illustrating pictures.

The Directing Committee of MOFCOM Public Information Service (MPIS) consists of the General Office, Department of Planning and Finance, Department of Foreign Trade, Department of Electromechanical Products, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Market Operation,Department of Foreign Capital, Department of Cooperation and Department of Information Technology of the Ministry of Commerce. Each member unit of the Committee should appoint a department or bureau leader as the committee member and a section chief as the liaison officer of the committee.
Office of the Directing Committee
The committee office is sited in the Department of Information Technology of the Ministry of Commerce and the office chief is assumed by the leader of the Department of Information.Technology with specific sections and offices in charge of particular works.
